Micro-Boss Has Found a Home

Someone had abandoned him.

About a month ago, while visiting one of our feeding stations for stray cats near the Atlantica Akti Hotel in Paphos, we noticed a tiny kitten sitting alone inside a small cat shelter.

He was only about four weeks old.

Unlike the other cats, he wasn’t running around, playing, or exploring. He sat quietly and motionless, looking confused and frightened, as if he couldn’t understand why he was there instead of being with his mother.

Sadly, we knew what had most likely happened.

Someone had abandoned him.

What are the reasons?

For reasons we will never understand, his owners decided that caring for this tiny kitten was too much responsibility. Instead of giving him a chance, they left him at a feeding station for stray cats and walked away.

At just four weeks old, he had little chance of surviving on his own.

We couldn’t leave him there.

So we brought him home.

Today, this little kitten has a name: Micro-Boss.

And what a character he has become!

Micro-Boss is now safe, healthy, and full of energy. He spends his days playing, exploring every corner of the house, and occasionally getting into a little mischief. Most importantly, he is no longer alone.

He has become part of our feline family and enjoys the company of the other cats in our home.

Stories like Micro-Boss’s remind us why our work with the cats of Cyprus is so important.

Every day, abandoned and stray cats face difficult challenges. Some are lucky enough to be found in time. Others are still waiting for someone to notice them.

Micro-Boss was given a second chance.

Today, he is loved, protected, and living the happy life that every kitten deserves.
