Cats of Cyprus

Our mission is simple:

Cats of Cyprus is a small volunteer initiative based in the Paphos area. We personally care for more than 180 stray cats, feeding them every day and helping sick or injured animals receive treatment. Many of these cats live along the coastline or in local communities and depend on regular feeding to survive. Our mission is simple: Feed, protect, and care for stray cats while supporting responsible sterilization programs. With your help, we can continue providing food, medical care, and a safer life for these beautiful animals.

Helping Stray Cats of Cyprus Survive and Live Better

Cyprus is famous for its beautiful beaches, ancient history, and warm Mediterranean climate. But it is also home to thousands of stray and abandoned cats struggling to survive every day.

What We Do

  • Feed stray cats 2–3 times every day
  • Provide fresh water and safe feeding points
  • Arrange medical treatment for sick and injured cats
  • Support TNR programs (Trap–Neuter–Return)
  • Care for local cat colonies responsibly

Stray cats are an important part of the ecosystem of Cyprus, but they need human compassion and responsible care to survive.
